Electronic Document Associate is part of the team responsible for ensuring the
integrity of electronic health information. Using the EMR/EHR and Document
Management system, health information is to be processed, stored, and available
in an accurate and timely manner for patient care.
School Diploma or equivalent. Health Information Management setting or other
Medical Field courses or education preferred. One year of experience working in
an office setting. Previous experience working in a Health Information Management
setting or experience in document imaging or record maintenance preferred.
Ability to multi-task in an efficient, thorough, and prioritized manner; to
work quickly, accurately and independently. Have a working knowledge of HIPAA
regulations. Ability to work in situations of moderate to high stress required
