Job Description

The Appointment Trainer is responsible for the operational training, and ongoing monitoring of all computer activity in regards to scheduling appointments. Training is inclusive of all employees in all locations who have access to the McKesson scheduling module. Additionally, responsible for customer service training within the department. May request assistance from certain schedulers during the training process.


High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years’ prior customer services experience, preferably in a health care setting. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in computer skills (i.e. Word, Outlook) or equivalent. Typing skills of 25wpm, preferably 40wpm. Ability to maintain composure when confronted with fast paced and stressful situations. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) skill preferred.
