Job Description

The Application Coordinator Analyst works under minimal supervision, and are directly responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of EPIC Management’s systems and applications, including upgrades, testing, communication, data integrity, and business analysis.  The Application Coordinator Analyst is considered the expert professional in their respective expertise. This is evidenced by their detailed training and certification requirement of their role. Leadership will need to rely on these resources to implement, maintain, and prioritize the platform.  This position is subject to being on-call 24 hours, seven days a week on a rotating schedule.


High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to qualify for Epic certification with the software vendor within six (6) months of hire into this position. Epic Software certification in the area hired to support is preferred. Bachelor Degree in Information Systems preferred. Five years’ experience in an Application Coordinator or related role supporting an enterprise application (EMR, ERP, etc.), or current or previous Epic Systems Certification(s) with five years” experience working on EPIC Systems, or a Registered Nurse with three years’ experience.
