As a female minority who works in a male dominated field, the first thing that caught my attention about EPIC Management L.P., was the Executive Female Leadership presence in the organization.  
When I was interviewed at EPIC Management L.P., the interview panel was diverse in age, ethnicity, and gender. As soon as I left the interview, I knew EPIC was the right fit for me.
