Job Description

Under the direction and within the  regulatory scope of the PTLVN nurse practice act, for providing direct and indirect patient care by performing technical and supportive functions. Will be an integral participant in leading, organizing and managing the day to day operations of clinical pods.  Familiarity of departmental systems and work flow to maximize the level of operational efficiencies to achieve the greatest performance and service. May perform broad, clinically-based supervisory duties.       

Qualifications

Current State of California LVN license; Current CPR certification; IV, Phlebotomy, and BLS certifications. ACLS/PALS preferred; 2 or more years clinical experience in health care setting, and one year preforming supervisory functions; Typing - 25 wpm.
