Medical Service Support

Medical practices that would like help with daily operations have the option of utilizing any of EPIC’s medical support services. EPIC’s human resources team employs over 1,000 people and can staff medical practices with nursing and administrative personnel. Many doctors rely on the Nurse Advice Unit to handle after-hours calls every night, weekend and holiday. The service uses experienced RNs and protocols to take care of patients’ urgent and emergent medical concerns. Smaller practices in the Inland Empire area can also opt to refer patients to the wellness programs offered by the Health Education Department located at Beaver Medical Group.

Maintaining facilities, or even planning for an expansion can be a time-consuming task. The professionals at EPIC have experience with converting existing buildings and working with contractors to build new facilities for medical practices. In fact, since 2005 EPIC has opened five new medical facilities throughout the Inland Empire for Beaver Medical Group and Pinnacle Medical Group.
