Job Description
Under the direction of the Site Manager, performs various routine and more difficult and/or multi-tasking clerical duties as defined in department operating procedures or supervisory instructions; deals regularly with other support operations personnel to ensure excellent internal and external service and public relations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; typing / word processing skill at 30 wpm.; prior Registration /Appointment experience preferred; working knowledge of health insurance companies; excellent written, and verbal interpersonal communication skills; ability to answer incoming telephone calls.
