Mr. Veerkamp's expertise includes project management, information technology service management, integrated information systems design, infrastructure services design, clinical information systems and process redesign.
Prior to joining EPIC Management, Mr. Veerkamp held roles with healthcare related organizations including Eclipsys Corporation, Jefferson Regional Medical Center, and United Healthcare. Mr. Veerkamp served as the Chief Information Officer during a time of rapid technology expansion for Jefferson Regional Medical Center, an organization recognized for advanced adoption of information technologies including Electronic Medical Records. Mr. Veerkamp received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
