QI Member Experience Program Manager is responsible for the development,
coordination, implementation, and evaluation of all QI-related member
experience activities across the EPIC Management (EPIC) enterprise. The QI
Member Experience Program Manager will work with EPIC clients to improve member
satisfaction scores across the enterprise.
Degree required. Master’s Degree in healthcare or related field
or equivalent related work experience, RN license is preferred. Two years
member/customer experience with a focus on performance improvement, customer service
and guest services is required.
Developing or measuring quality metrics related to customer experience is
preferred. Medical Terminology certification preferred. Ability to efficiently
prioritize; anticipate needs and solve problems; working knowledge of HIPAA
regulations. Have working knowledge of health insurance companies. Ability to
work in situations of moderate to high stress.
