Linda D. Dutton, M.P.A.

Vice President of Managed Care

Ms. Dutton joined EPIC Management in 2006 as the Vice President of Managed Care. Her responsibilities include the areas of Health Plan and Ancillary Contracting, Service Referral Authorizations, Provider Relations and other non-clinical support to client Medical Directors.

Prior to joining EPIC, Ms. Dutton served as the Director of Managed Care and Business Development at Redlands Community Hospital, and as Administrator and Chief Operations Officer at Catholic Healthcare West-Inland Healthcare Organization. Ms. Dutton's accomplishments include facilitating the merger of two competing IPA entities during her time as Administrator for Riverside Community Hospital’s first IPA.  She also worked for many years as a consultant to such clients as the Norris Cancer Center, King-Drew Medical Center, and St. Bernardine Medical Center. Prior to entering managed care administration, Ms. Dutton was a Regional Manager for Military Accounts with Merck Pharmaceuticals.

Ms. Dutton served in the U.S. Army, and received both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Public Administration at California State University, San Bernardino. She served on the University's alumni board and currently participates as a liaison for the graduate school of Health Administration's Internship Program.
