Dr. John Husing is a leading economist who specializes in the economy of the Inland Empire and will give his insight on the forces shaping Southern California. David Axene, Actuarial Consultant for the State of California, DOI will speak about his experience over this past year of working with the CA Insurance commissioner in reviewing individual health rate filings. Nick Arnette, the "Feel Good Guy" is a nationally known speaker and comedian energizing audiences with motivation and humor. The Keynote Speaker is Dr. Stephen Inrig, leading expert on the development of Medicine and Health policy and Assistant Professor at the University of Texas.
